focus2move enables clients to engage automotive and mobility Experts Team Members ("ETMs") through several consulting solutions, each supported by standards and safeguards to drive appropriate service. focus2move can arrange different types of interactions that are appropriate for every research need, ranging from quick inquiries to comprehensive due diligence efforts. These include four consulting methods to serve our clients:

Conflict and Disclosure Management Procedure
Focus2move has defined important internal standards and safeguards. These include processes to which all focus2move employees and contributors are trained. A specific and accurate process is in place to select, engage and working with Expert Team Members. This include:

• Project Vetting and Acceptance Process.
  Expert Team Members are responsible and are always afforded the opportunity to assess and explicitly accept each consulting project before interacting with a client. Both clients and Expert Team Member are required to interact only on topics that do not pose any conflicts. As a result, focus2move interacts with the clients to define the specific topic of consulting conversation and contact.
• Conflict Disclosure and Tracking
  Expert Team Members are solicited to disclose specific restricted subjects. In addition to requiring at any Expert Team Member vet and formally accept proposed projects before the interaction, focus2move seeks to carefully track the single Expert Team Member expressed limitations to avoid inviting her/him to a project on a restricted subject.
• Employee Conflict Safeguards
  To be eligible as Expert Team Members the candidate cannot be actually employed by any Automotive Company.

Telephone Consultations
Focus2move provide clients with confidential telephone consultations with an Experts Team Member accurately screened for participation. Through this consultation focus2move clients get perspectives that help them make more informed business decisions. Typical turnaround time for consultation requests is less than 48 hours, with many arranged in under 24 hours. The call has a standard 1 hour format.

focus2move offers clients the ability to aggregate our Experts Team Members opinions on a given topic, often in fewer than 3 days from start to finish. The flexible design of our surveys enables clients to conduct a range of Polls and Q&As of targeted populations, while allowing for scheduling repeat questions or populations to correspond to relevant research schedules, such as quarterly earnings reports or monthly economic data. Focus2move offers also a traditional way to support clients through consultancy, based on live meetings organized on a specific consulting Project defined with the Client. Live meetings include:

Research Trips
Multi-day programs featuring a full schedule of meetings with Experts Team Members in a particular region. Typically focused on a specific sector within a particular country, Research Trips often include tours of industry sites and facilities. Travel Programs can either be developed for a small group of clients or can be customized for an individual client's specific research agenda.
Training sessions, normally focused on educating business and investment professionals on current trends and core concepts in various aspects of mobility and automotive industry.
Roundtables, reserved, intimate, interactive Q&A discussions with Experts Team Member in key locations or at industry conferences. Clients benefit from the most up-to-the-minute insight and perspective from relevant experts.
