Nissan Global Performance in the last 6 years had been great with the achievement of the global fourth place in the 2016, when overtaken Hyundai. The best country is the US that has improved by 8 points the mix.
In the period 2010-2016 Nissan global sales improved for almost 1.2 million units, from 3.73 million in the 2010 to 4.92 million in the 2016, performing a Compound annual growth rate (C.A.G.R) of 5.3%.
In this period, Nissan gained two spots in the global car brand ranking advancing in fourth place from the sixth.
In our exclusive study we report sales, year by year, for each region. So it is detailed the sales variations behind the fact that the top region actually is the American (booth North, Center and South) counting the 43.0% of total sales (it was 35% in the 2010). However, sales in Asia are still very relevant, counting 39.1% (from 43.9%), while Europe is only the 14.6% (from 17.6%).
