Europe’s Best Selling Cars Ranking up to October 2024. The Dacia Sandero secured leadership with 226,829 registrations (+10.4%), followed by the Renault Clio (+4.1%). The Volkswagen Golf grew 17.5% and climbed 4 into 3rd.

Considering data up to October 2024, the Dacia Sandero -up 2 spots- secured the title as best selling car in Europe, reporting 226,829 cumulative sales (+10.4%).
The Renault Clio followed in second with 221,542 new registrations (+4.1%), climbing one spot and surpassing the Volkswagen Golf -up 4 spots- at 192,956 (+17.5%) and the Volkswagen T-Roc with 183,533 sales (-4.2%).
In 5th place ranked the Dacia Duster -up 4 spots- with 173,326 sales (+12.3%), followed by the Lada Granta at 172,533 (-1.1%), the Volkswagen Tiguan -up 3 spots- at 168,986 (+11.4%) and the Tesla Model Y -down 7 spots- with 165,665 registrations (-24.8%).
The Toyota Yaris dropped 1 spot and ranked in 9th with 161,686 cumulative sales (+4.7%) and the Skoda Octavia -up 6 spots- closed the Top 10 with 158,977 new registrations (+15.5%).
