France Best Selling Cars ranking from 2023, reports the Renault Clio as new segment leader (+52.2%). Peugeot 208 BEV and Tesla Model Y enter the top 10 booming more than 200%. The Peugeot 208 loses 44.0% in volume.
Considering cumulative data from 2023 the leader is the Renault Clio -up 2 spots- with 97,471 sales, an 52.2% year-on-year growth.
The Dacia Sandero in second place with 69,106 sales (+7.5%) in front of the Citroen C3 –up 1 spot- with 59,603 sales (+1.2%).
In fourth place ranks the Renault Captur with 47,569 sales (+4.4%) followed by the Peugeot 308 with 45,564 (+9.3%) and Peugeot 208 with 45,262 (-44.0%)
In seventh place, we find the Peugeot 208 BEV -up 37 spots- with 40,996 units sold (+347.3%) followed by the Tesla Model Y -up 29 spots- at 37,127 (+212.2%), the Dacia Duster with 32,625 sales (+3.1%) and in 10th place the Toyota Yaris Cross -up 3 spots- with 31,073 (+31.8%).
