The Brazilian auto market performed well this year, with sales up to February 2025 experiencing a 8.2% increase compared to the prior year.
Considering cumulative data up to February 2025, the market leader was still the Fiat Strada with 19,043 sales (+14.8%), followed by the Volkswagen Polo with 13,762 units sold (-10.2%).
The Volkswagen T-Cross -up 10 spots- ranked in 3rd with 11,867 sales (+60.4%), followed by the Fiat Argo at 11,480 (+2.5%), the Chevrolet Onix at 10,291 (+2.8%) and the Hyundai Creta -up 1 spot- with 10,111 units sold (+8.9%).
The Fiat Mobi -down 1 spot- ranked in 7th with 9,573 sales (-4.3%), followed by the Chevrolet Tracker -up 2 spots- at 9,451 (+18.8%) and the Honda HR-V -up 12 spots- with 9,065 units sold (+49.8%).
Closing the Top 10 the Jeep Compass -up 2 spots- with 8,739 sales and a 14% gain in year-on-year sales.
