The Brazilian auto market performed well this year, with sales up to March 2025 experiencing a 6.8% increase compared to the prior year.
Considering cumulative data up to March 2025, the market leader was still the Fiat Strada -up 1 spot- with 29,299 sales (+10.2%), followed by the Volkswagen Polo -down 1 spot- with 21,882 units sold (-19.7%).
The Fiat Argo ranked in 3rd with 19,727 sales (+9.3%), followed by the Volkswagen T-Cross -up 5 spots- at 18,379 (+42.9%), the Chevrolet Onix -down 1 spot- at 16,039 (.9.7%) and the Hyundai Creta with 10,111 units sold (+8.9%).
The Hyundai HB20 -down 4 spots- ranked in 7th with 14,361 sales (-20.5%), followed by the Fiat Mobi -down 3 spots- at 14,255 (-2.8%) and the Honda HR-V -up 10 spots- with 14,160 units sold (+45.9%).
Closing the Top 10 the Chevrolet Tracker with 13,621 sales and a 7.5% gain in year-on-year sales.
