World Best Selling Pick-Up Ranking up to April 2024 lead by Ford F-Series as for the last 40 years, followed by the Chevrolet Silverado (+24.8%). Ford Maverick booms 113.1% into 8th spot.

World Cars Brand Ranking in 2020 sees the leader Toyota widening the gap from Volkswagen, and holds 8.5% of market share. Tesla reports the best performance in the top 50 brands worldwide.

World Best Selling Compact Cars ranking up to August 2024. Toyota Corolla still leading the rankings, followed by the Honda Civic (+6.1%). BYD Destroyer 05 rose 24 spots into 9th. 

World Ranking By Country in 2024. Light vehicle sales up to October 2024 were 68,83 million, with a 1.5% increase in year-on-year volume. 

World Best Selling Small Car up to April 2024 under Toyota leadership.  The world's best selling small car is the Toyota Yaris with 175,621 sales (+3.4%) and a still wide gap over all followers.

World Best Selling MPV up to April 2024 is the Maruti Ertiga, up 18 spots and 90.3% from 2023. Toyota Innova surges 52.4% into 5th spot.

World Best Selling Executive Cars ranking up to April 2024. Audi A6 (-1.6%) becomes the new segment leader, followed by the Mercedes E Class (-23.6%). Wuling Starlight surges 82 spots into 8th.

World Best Selling Midsize Cars Ranking with an undisputed leader. Up to April 2024 the Toyota Camry is the best selling midsize car. BYD Qin Plus rises 29.0% into second place.

World Light Vehicles sales in 2018 have lost 1.1% from the previous year with 88.9 million units, due to the introduction of WLTP rules in Europe and Chinese market Q4 deep fall. For the fourth year in a row, Volkswagen Group is the market leader, while Renault-Nissan Alliance maintained the second place.

World Best Selling Coupe up to August 2024 is the Ford Mustang (+0.3%) overtaking last year's leader the Dodge Charger (-36.6%). Dodge Challenger lost 9.5% in year-on-year volume.
