Mexico Best Selling Cars in 2023. Nissan reports a great success fixing 2 models on top of the list, with the Versa (+60.1%) and the NP300 (+53.1%). The new Mazda3 lands in 9th spot (+103.9%).
The best selling car in Mexico in 2023 is the Nissan Versa with 76,926 sales (+60.1%), followed in second by the Nissan NP300 with 61,878 new registrations (+53.1%).
In third place ranks the Chevrolet Aveo with 3.8% market share and 52,277 sales (+69.5%), in front of the Kia Rio with 40,490 sales (-6.2%).
The MG-5 ranks in 5th with 33,205 new units sold (+43.5%), followed by the Nissan March with 30,595 new registrations (+5.6%), the Nissan Sentra -up 1 spot- at 26,982 sales (+28.3%) and the Mazda3 -up 15 spots- with 26,590 units sold (+103.9%).
The Mazda2 jumps 22 spots into 9th with 20,104 new sales (+83.3%) and the Kia Seltos closes the top 10 rising 1 spot with 19,975 units sold (+16.6%).
The following models have shown outstanding performances lower down the ranking: the Volkswagen Taos in 13th place and the Volkswagen Virtus in 14th.
