New Zealand Best Selling Car ranking in 2021 reports the Ford Ranger still as the market leader, holding 7.6% share. The Mitsubishi ASX jumped to 5th place and the Tesla Model 3 entered the leaderboard.
The Ford Ranger remains the best-selling car, holding an impressive 7.6% share, with 12,578 units sold.
In second position we find the Toyota Hilux with 5.1% share and 8,435 units, ahead of the Mitsubishi Outlander -up 9 spots-, holding 3.9% share and 6,508 sales.
In fourth position we have the Toyota Rav4 -down 1 spot- with 3.8% market share and 6,221 units, followed by the Mitsubishi ASX holding 3.1% and 5,037 sales.
Reaching sixth position we have the Mitsubishi Triton, holding 3% share with 4,965 units, followed by the Toyota Corolla with 4,769 units sold (2.9% share) and the Holden Colorado -up 2 spots- with 4,352 units sold (2.6% share).
At the bottom of the leaderboard, we have the Nissan Navara -up 4 spots- with 3,581 units sold (2.2% share), followed by the Tesla Model 3 -up 40 spots- entering the leaderboard with 3,271 units (2% share).
