Poland Best Selling Cars in 2015 reported with 8 of top 10 positions confirmed. Ford Mondeo and Opel Mokka as fastest growing models while the Skoda Octavia confirmed its strong leadership.

Q4 2015 was reported really strong thanks both to fleet and private consumer’s sales supporting the end of a great year for the Polish automotive industry. November and December sales boomed 24.9% and 26.0% respectively.
According to data release by SAMAR, the local association of car distributors, in the full year 2015 light vehicles sales had been 414.793 (+9.7%), including 354.972 car passenger’s, up 8.3% and 59.821, up 18.3%. In the year this market ranked as World’s 28th, behind Taiwan and ahead of Sweden.
Best Selling Cars Ranking
Inside the almost dynamic Polish vehicles market, the best-selling models ranking looks stable year after year. Indeed, at the end of the 2015, eight models out of the top 10 confirmed the previous year position with Opel Corsa and Dacia Duster slipping out of top 10.
The leader was again the Skoda Octavia with 14.199 registrations (+1.5%) followed by the Skoda Fabia with 12.388 (+20.6%), the Volkswagen Golf with 11.629 (+26.6%), the Opel Astra at 10.639 (+20.9%) and the Toyota Yaris with 9.990 (+21.8%).
The Toyota Auris was 6th with 9.711 sales (+11.9%) ahead of the Ford Focus with 9.186 (-1.6%), the Skoda Rapid with 8.995 (+15.4%), the Volkswagen Passat with 7.884 (+28.8%) and in 10th place the Renault Clio with 7.618 (+23.4%).
Remarkable the performance scored by the Ford Mondeo with 4.520 sales (+69.5%), the Opel Mokka with 4.315 (+62.9%) and the Lexus NX with +173%.
