UK Best Selling Cars in the 2014 were led by two Ford’s, Fiesta and Focus, and one Vauxhall, the Corsa as in the previous two years. Audi A3 and Nissan Juke new entrance in top ten, while Vauxhall Mokka should be considered the model of the year.

The podium is unchanged since 2012 with Ford Fiesta market leader with 129.468 sales, up 9.0% with 5.4% of market share. In second place the Ford Focus with 83.454 units (-2.1%) and in third the Vauxhall (Opel) Corsa with 80.708 units (-3.2%).

Volkswagen Golf gained one spot and was fourth with 74.842 units (+14.7%) ahead of Vauxhall (Opel) Astra with 58.888 (-11.4%) and Nissan Qashqai with 48.482 (-0.4%).

Two new members of the TOPS-10 Group thanks to the Audi A3 advanced in 9th place with 41.716 sales (+34.0%) and Nissan Juke in 10th with 38.255 (+5.3%).

However, having to choise the model of the year, definitively this should be the compact SUV Vauxhall (Opel) Mokka, landed in 14th place with 32.918 sales (+144.9%).

Others fast growing model were the Ford Kuga (25th with 23.647 sales, +74.2%), the Nissan Note (26th with 22.844 units, +87.8%), the Dacia Sandero (60th with 13.762, +66.4%) and the Vauxhall (Opel) Adam (62nd with 13.657, +71.7%).
