World Best Selling Pick-Up Ranking up to April 2024 lead by Ford F-Series as for the last 40 years, followed by the Chevrolet Silverado (+24.8%). Ford Maverick booms 113.1% into 8th spot.
Looking at the best selling models ranking, the leader is always the same, since over 40 years, and is the “American Style” icon, the Ford F-Series, still the best selling model in absolute in USA and Canada.
In 2024, Ford F-Series cumulative up to April sales have been 259,191 (-7.8%) with an 13.0% of market share.
The Chevrolet Silverado ranks in 2nd place with 249,174 sales up to April 2024 (+24.8%).
The Toyota Hilux with 172,703 cumulative registrations (-10.3%). The Hilux, is the top selling pick up outside of North America. Smaller and more practical, the “king of the Desert” is affordable and high reliable for people travelling in Africa, Middle East and in all deserts, from Mongolia to Australia.
In 4th place ranks the GMC Sierra with 106,634 sales (+25.9%), followed by the Ram Pick-Up with 121,255 sales (-29.2%) and the Ford Ranger with 101,435 (-7.0%).
In 7th place the Isuzu D-Max with 71,864 units sold (-24.8%) followed by the Ford Maverick with 69,212 sales (+113.1%), the Great Wall Pro Pick-Up with 55,004 new registrations (+0.0%).
In 10th place the Toyota Tundra with 54,943 sales (+29.3%).
